You will not be able to access your account balances or payment arrangement information. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can still call to report an outage or message us on social media for other questions!

If your NB Power floodlight or dusk-to-dawn light is not working properly, fill out the form below or notify us at 1 800 663-6272. One of our technicians will fix the defective light for you at no cost.
