Check your meter mast : If safe to do so, please check the metal tube attached to your home where the power line connects. If the meter mast is bent, broken, or pulled away you must contact a certified electrician to repair it before we can safely reconnect your power. Read more here

As a reminder, please keep a safe distance of at least 10 meters from any downed infrastructure (lines, transformers, trees) and do not approach downed lines as they can still be energized.
