Street Light Service Requests

If there is a street light that has burnt out in your neighbourhood, we would like to know about it so we can have it replaced or repaired. Please report the problem using this online form. If you see any power lines down or something about a pole or line that doesn't look right, please call us as soon as possible. Our customer service number is 1 800 663-6272. Please remember, if wires or poles are down, stay at least 33 feet (the length of a bus) away from them as they can be very dangerous.
